Geranium 'Intense'

There’s plenty of plant power to be had with this compact cranesbill, which chucks out an impressive amount of vivid blooms from early summer through to August. this intense pink Geranium is handy for small gaps in the garden as well as a low maintenance option for pots. Like most hardy geraniums, Geranium cantabrigiense 'Intense' is as tough as nails. It’s a beauty to enjoy in summer, but also not one to worry about in winter and also not fussy about soil. Leave it to its own devices in winter and it will be back the following year, bigger, better and even more determined to shine. Cut it back after it has finished flowering—in a long summer it might reward you with a second flush towards the end of the season!
